Refund Policy

Street Geekz (Nix It) is committed to providing reliable digital services and subscription-based support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

• Subscriptions: Refunds are available only if the service has not been substantially used during the refund period.
• One-time Pickups or Repairs: Payments are refundable if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

• Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
